Born in Lanzarote, he has built an international career living and working in France, Switzerland, China and Canada. His career combines experience in international private banking, entrepreneurship and executive search, bringing a strategic, financial and global vision focused on developing leadership teams and business growth.
Partner at Zavala Civitas Executive Search, where he not only leads the development of the firm's North American subsidiary, but also acts as regional head, working with a broad spectrum of organisations from diverse sectors, from SMEs to listed companies. He is directly involved in business growth and in international executive search projects, collaborating with companies in the identification and development of leadership teams.
